One year on our work. Not on the sun.
We warranty the parts of the tarp we control — how it was cut, sewn, and finished — for one year from the day you buy it. We do not warranty what the road and the Texas sun do to it, and neither does anyone else who is being straight with you.

What's covered
- Seams that come apart under normal use.
- Hems that fail or pull open.
- Grommets that tear out of properly sewn material.
- Stitching that unravels.
What's not covered
- UV degradation — the sun kills every tarp eventually. See expected service life below.
- Normal wear from loading and dumping.
- Wind damage, including whip from running untarped or partly rolled.
- Abrasion from the load itself — rebar, scrap, sharp aggregate.
- Damage from the arm, bow, or roller system the tarp is mounted on.
- Cuts, burns, and anything a third party did to it.
What we do about it
Repair or replacement — you pick which one you want, we decide how it gets done. Send a photo on WhatsApp with your SKU and we'll tell you the same day. No form, no ticket number.
Keep your receipt or the WhatsApp thread — either one is proof of purchase.
How long a tarp actually lasts here
Nobody in this business publishes this, because the honest answer is shorter than the sales pitch. In Central Texas sun, UV is what kills a tarp first — before the load does, and long before the stitching does. These are the ranges we actually see:

Ranges are for a truck that runs most days in Central Texas sun. Park it under a roof and you'll beat these. Run it untarped at highway speed and the wind whip will beat you to the end of the range.
